Clark Regional Wastewater District is seeking an experienced Construction Manager!
Ideal candidate will:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
o Five years of construction management work experience in a heavy civil construction environment.
o Two years of supervisory and leadership experience.
o Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to manage compliance with Federal, State and local safety regulations.
Primary Responsibilities:
o Planning, coordination, budgeting and management of the District’s construction work.
o Serves as Owner’s construction management representative, working with local contractors on a daily basis.
o Operates independently and with minimal supervision as the principal construction representative for the District.
o Develops, implements and monitors the progress of the sewer collections construction program and individual projects (capital and development related).
o Manages construction project documentation, including submission of required warranties, guarantees, lien releases and any other necessary documents required by contract.
o Provides design and regulatory interpretations considering technical, regulatory and contractual requirements0

Monthly salary range: $8,406 to $10,989
Starting monthly salary (DOQ): $8,406 to $9,600
