Looking for reliable female staff members that has good communication. Hard working, able to do all tasks that are assigned.
Must be able to bend down and change residents while they are seated, Must be able to lift 50 pounds, comfortable with pivot transfers, good with all kinds of behaviors. Able to maintain composure with residents that can be feisty.

There is lots of downtime however expectations is that all other duties are done when having downtime. Part-time and full time shifts available. Live in or out available. Live in positions that are not straight 5 days available. Raise after 60 and again at 90 days, for good attendance and performance.
