I am a 62 years old woman who had a brain injury 11 years ago. I'm in a wheelchair and need assistance with transfers and other daily activities. I may need to go to some appts, therefore a driver's license is necessary. I have a car. The most important quality is an upbeat, positive, dependable person who gets along well with me. A good sense of humor is also important. I need a caregiver part time, (3 days per week) the hours are 9am to 5pm. The job is somewhat physical as my wheelchair is collapsible and is placed in the trunk of my car. I also like to go on a bike ride with my recumbent bicycle and you would walk along with me, we usually go for a 2-mile walk. We are not fast, but it is wonderful!
