We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver to join our small, private adult care home in Aloha/Beaverton. This is an wonderful opportunity for experienced caregivers, CNAs, or nursing students who value meaningful work in a peaceful environment.
Schedule & Pay:
We have different shifts available and are willing to consider individual availabilities.
1) Option 1: Wednesday (urgent need)
12-hour day shift (7 AM – 7 PM)
$200–$240 per day, with an opportunity to earn more over time and/or based on experience.
2) Option 2: Weekends
12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday (7 AM-7PM)
Caregiver can remain on-site between shifts, as a private caregiver room is provided.
3) Option 3: Weekend evenings
12-hours shifts on Saturday night, and Sunday night (7 PM-7 AM). Caregiver can remain on-site between shifts, as a private caregiver room is provided.
4) Option 3: Wednesday + Weekends
This is basically options 1 + 2 + 3 together.
Live-In Opportunity: There is potential for a future live-in role for the right fit.
About the Home:
We provide high-quality care to a small number (5 or fewer) of elderly residents in a clean, beautifully maintained home. We value kindness, professionalism, and teamwork—and we treat both our residents and staff like family. Our home is level 2, so none of our residents typically require 2-person assistance or very heavy lifting.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with daily living tasks (ADLs)
Meal prep and housekeeping
Medication assistance and documentation
Kind, respectful interaction with residents
Qualifications:
Prior caregiving experience preferred
Trustworthy, dependable, and patient
Able to pass a background check
CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to become certified)
