I am looking for a caregiver for my small AFH in east Vancouver. Pay is a shift rate per 24 hour shift, depending on experience and license with guaranteed 8 hours of sleep. (THIS IS A PER SHIFT RATE OF PAY NOT PER HOUR!) working 2 shifts for me is almost equal to driving everyday 5 days a week to regular 8 hour shift job. This type of position isn’t for everyone but for my employees they love it as it gives them time during the week to pursue other things.
You sleep onsite. Meals provided. LOTS OF DOWN TIME. Great for students.
