Private residence, looking for 2- DSP/PSW to provide one on one for 2 siblings, NE Portland (Parkrose area). 1 sibling requires total care, wheelchair, non verbal (looking to go on outings , home activities, Saturdays 9a -5p or 7p) Other sibling is independent requires supervision (looking to go on outings Fridays 9a - 5p and Saturdays 9a - 5p or 7p ). On Saturday, if both providers (couples ok) prefer working until 7p or later , it would require them to prepare and provide healthy dinner to clients. Please provide any work related history. The home is supported by caregivers through Essential Services LLC, therefore, after interviewing, these positions will require being hired through them.
