Our team includes two highly experienced dentists, five registered hygienists, three skilled dental assistants and a solid duo up front. Responsibilities:
Assist the dental team during patient examinations and treatments, providing top-notch chairside support.
Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment for procedures.
Take and develop dental X-rays (Oregon radiation certification required).
Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Deliver exceptional patient care by educating patients on oral hygiene practices and creating a comfortable experience.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dental office, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
Assist front office as needed.
Qualifications:
Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) certification is required.
1-2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant, is the minimum required.
Oregon radiation certification is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to "hit the ground running" and thrive in a dynamic, team-based setting.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation:
Salary range: $22–$35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
