We’re hiring a Chiropractic Assistant to join our friendly and dynamic team. This role is key to helping our clinic run smoothly and providing exceptional care to our patients.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
Manage patient flow and keep appointments running on time
Organize and maintain the appointment schedule
Answer phones, respond to texts and emails
Assist the doctor with therapies and EHR (Electronic Health Records) charting
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Experience in personal training, massage therapy, or a general interest in health and fitness
Background in customer service, especially in restaurants, grocery, or retail
Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
A genuine desire to help others and be part of a wellness-focused team
Job Type:
Part-time to Full-time (flexible scheduling). Competitive Pay.
