What You'll Do:
Be the welcoming face of our clinic, greeting patients with a warm smile and answering phones with a helpful and professional demeanor.
Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and reminders, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients.
Verify insurance and authorizations, ensuring accurate billing and a positive experience for patients.
Assist the chiropractor with patient care, performing therapies as directed (training provided).
Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA policies.
Contribute to the management team with administrative tasks, including correspondence and inventory management.
Keep the office organized, clean, and presentable, including treatment rooms.

We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
Have experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical setting.
Possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
Are passionate about helping patients recover and reach their health goals.
Are flexible and willing to work across our Sherwood and Keizer locations.
Bonus Points:
If you hold a Chiropractic Assistant license, that's a huge plus!
If you have knowledge of massage therapy and are able to perform massages, that's also a big plus!
We are happy to assist those without a Chiropractic Assistant license by covering the cost of the course and providing guidance to obtain licensure.
