Job Type: CNA Caregiver
Shifts: 8am-5pm or 12-hour shifts, Full-Time, On-Call Positions
Starting Rates: $17 -negotiable based on experience
Availability: We are currently prioritizing candidates who are available Monday -Sunday (flexible scheduling)

We are a small, compassionate Adult Family Home providing personalized assistance in a supportive, family-like environment. We are currently seeking dependable, caring, and motivated caregivers to join our team.
Position Overview:
The caregiver will provide daily personal care and assistance to our residents while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity. This position is ideal for an experienced CNA or someone eager to learn and grow in the caregiving field. Training and required classes will be provided and covered by the employer.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Provide mobility and transfer assistance
Administer medications and document care as required
Monitor and report changes in the resident’s condition
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
Perform housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment
Qualifications:
CNA experience preferred, but not required
Willingness to learn and complete training (employer-paid classes available)
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Strong communication skills
English or Spanish speaking caregivers are preferred, but not required
We are currently prioritizing candidates who are available from 8am to 5pm or 12-hour shifts, Monday through Sunday
Must pass a background check
