We are looking for a dental assistant (EFDA) to work Monday – Thursday. Our office is a single-doctor, established, private practice in McMinnville, OR. We work a steady pace and provide compassionate, quality care for our patients. We place high importance on our team being kind to our patients and helping each other as needed.
We have patients from kids to elderly; the majority of our patients are adults. Most of my work is operative (fillings, crowns ,etc). I do some extractions, a little endo, and no ortho. Lately I’ve been doing more cleanings and the main reason I would like to hire an EFDA assistant is so that they can do the polishing and OHI for patients when I do dental cleanings.
If you don’t have EFDA, but think you can obtain it within a year (we can help you with the learning and application process), you may still apply.

Experience assisting chairside for a wide-range of dental procedures.
Experience with digital xrays.
Additional details:
Job Type: Full-time. Usual patient care hours are M-Th, 8-4 with an hour for lunch.
Pay: $22-30 per hour based on experience
Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), 2 wk PTO plus five paid holidays, uniform allowance.
