Requirements:
- Associates Degree from an ADA Accredited Dental Hygiene Program
- Active Oregon Licensure in good standing with local anesthesia endorsement
- CPR Certification
- At least 1 year experience is preferred; New Grads are also welcomed!

Responsibilities:
- Routine maintenance cleanings for adults and children; periodontal maintenance cleanings, therapeutic scaling and root planning, debridement, and sealant application.
- Data collection related to oral risk assessments and provide appropriate instruction and education based on patient risk assessment.
- Using digital radiographs, intra oral camera, Trios 3shape digital scanner.
- Comply with sterilization standards of operatory and instruments.
- Experience with OpenDental would be preferred although not mandatory.
- Support all other areas of the practice during down time, this includes doctor assistant and administrative duties.
