Endodontic Office Manager

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Office Manager who shares these values and can help lead our team. We're seeking someone assertive and reliable who can handle multiple responsibilities and take initiative.
Responsibilities include:
Managing staff schedules and coordinating time off requests for doctors and employees
Maintaining relationships with referring offices
Resolving patient disputes in a professional and empathetic manner
Handling insurance and patient receivables, as well as office payables
Overseeing office supply orders and inventory management
Organizing and overseeing events such as the annual Christmas party
Collaborating with the marketing coordinator on monthly gifts
Credentialing new associates and managing the renewal of credentials and office insurance policies
Making QuickBooks entries and ensuring accurate end-of-day financial reports
Assisting with occasional office improvements, such as small design projects (e.g., painting walls or updating décor)
What we're looking for:
Previous experience as a dental or medical office manager is required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Assertive and capable of advocating for the office and staff needs
Honest and reliable with a strong attention to detail (this position is critical for managing finances, so trustworthiness is key)
Ability to handle tasks outside the typical office manager role, with a proactive and flexible attitude
Knowledge of insurance, patient billing, and office management software
Creative eye for interior design and event planning is a plus
