We are a respected nonprofit, with three senior facilities, and we are seeking a competent and compassionate RN. A nurse who, like us, is motivated by mission and challenge; who sees the elderly as people, not problems. We’re a unique senior facility looking for a unique RN.
Our compensation, in addition to a base salary of $125,000, includes contributions against nursing educational loans. If you are currently paying for a nursing student loan, we will pay up to a maximum of $1,000 per month for your first 24 months. In addition, there is a $6,000 signing bonus, paid over the first six months of employment.

Personal and professional integrity
Desire to work with seniors
Education and training of staff
Implement doctor’s orders and facility procedures
Work collaboratively with facility staff, under the direct supervision of the CEO
Active and unencumbered Oregon RN License
WHAT WE OFFER
Nursing education debt repayment, up to a maximum of $1,000 per month for 24 months
