A West Linn Chiropractic and Massage clinic is looking for a front desk associate to join our team. We are in a newly remodeled and beautiful office! This position is for all day Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. This position would also provide coverage for vacations and time off for other front staff. We are looking for someone to who is dependable, competent, friendly, organized, professional and has a desire to help others. You will be scheduling for 2 doctors, massage therapists and rooming patients. Employee perks include free chiropractic care and one massage per month. Chiropractic and/or medical office experience preferred.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous medical front desk experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficient time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with calmness and efficiency
Understanding of medical billing and insurance preferred
