This is a F/T position located in Beaverton
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are searching for a dynamic addition to our front office team! Responsibilities include; greeting and checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling, verifying private/OHP insurances, as well as other daily administration tasks.
We are looking for high energy, passionate, caring people who love providing excellent customer service!
Our Ideal Candidate:
Dental front office experience (preferred but willing to train)
Dentrix or similar dental software
EXCELLENT customer service AND communication (verbal and written) skills
Working as a team AND ability to self-manage
Multitasker that thrives in a fast-pace work environment
Professional and POSITIVE
Computer proficiency
Previous customer service experience
