Caregiver needed for man with Intellectual Developmental Disabilities - Nonverbal easy to work with guy. He lives in his own home. Looking for full time day shift caregiver (8am-4pm) - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday schedule.
If you don’t have experience as a caregiver, we are happy to train you until you are comfortable on the job.
Our company has a full management team (HR, etc.) to make sure that you are supported in your work.
Compensation:
Paid Time Off and Sick Time Off included, plus reimbursement pay for using your phone to view your schedule.
$17.50 - $19.50/hr after training period, depending on experience - advancement raises available!
Job description:
Companionship
Light housekeeping
Light cooking
Lots of fun activities with your client including walks in the park, shopping, movies etc.
Bathing, dressing, and toileting assistance
Medication assistance and/or administration.
Qualifications:
18 years old or older
Reliable transportation
Ability to be punctual coming to work
Ability to pass a background check
Proficiency reading, writing, and speaking English
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 25 pounds
