Digital X-Rays – Low-radiation, instant imaging for safer, faster diagnostics.

Intraoral Cameras – High-definition chairside visuals to involve patients in their treatment decisions.

Laser Dentistry – Gentle, minimally invasive treatment for soft tissue procedures and periodontal care.

Sedation Options – Nitrous oxide and/or oral sedation for a more comfortable dental experience.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient exams and develop comprehensive treatment plans

Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics

Provide preventive care and educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices

Take and interpret digital x-rays and other diagnostic imaging

Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation (HIPAA standards)

Adhere to infection control and aseptic protocols

Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to ensure smooth, efficient clinic operations

Stay up to date with advancements in dental technology and treatment techniques

Foster strong patient relationships built on trust, comfort, and communication

Qualifications

DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental program

Active Oregon dental license (or eligibility to obtain one)

Strong clinical skills with a patient-centered approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in future ownership opportunities

Proficiency in dental software and digital technology

Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques and dental anatomy

Ability to perform complex procedures (oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics)

Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
