We are hiring for a full-time night position in our foster home. Our company is small and we work as a team. We have a 401k that has employer matching contributions. We also provide insurance benefits after 90 days. The position is full time night shift. Our home cares for 5 young adults that have tracheostomy’s and ventilators. There is always a nurse on shift and another aide. Ideally the candidate would be able to lift 25 lbs., be patient and kind. The candidate would be compassionate and have integrity. Experience with dementia and or ventilators is a plus but not required- we love to train/ orient our new employees. Students encouraged to apply
