Small Home Health company needs OT in order to expand our patient care.

Team: PT (myself), PTA, ST (on maternity leave) and RN/LPN
I am posting this as the physical therapist because we accept insurance plans that many larger companies do not and we cannot adequately meet the needs of these patients.
This job is great to supplement income to your full time job.
You are free to practice as you want with no management interference.
Pay per visit (highest rates for Portland).

The job is good for both seasoned home health clinicians or if you're new to home health and want to try it in a low-pressure environment.
I will provide as much training as needed and will be available when needed. I have over ten years of home health experience and have worked for several home health companies both large and small on the east and west coast.
