I am a vital female living with paralysis due to a horseback riding injury. I am looking for a part-time physical therapist or fitness trainer that has orthopedic training and kinesiology who can assist me with upper and lower body stretching, range of motion and an upper body weight routine. I’ve been active in PT at Adapt in Beaverton in their neuro-rehabilitation for 9 years. My previous trainer also assisted me in the pool since I have a strong swimming background and would like to continue swimming. I would like an individual who could pick up me from my wheelchair and onto the floor and back. I weight 120-122 lbs. However other accommodations could be made if this did not work.
