Hive Recovery Collective is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal fit would have a passion for injury recovery and chronic pain management. We are a treatment-focused clinic dedicated to making pain management feel like a luxury. We have a good mix of regular clients doing maintenance and new clients looking to break the pain cycle and return to wellness.
We offer 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions (you choose your session type and schedule preferences) and have 30 min between sessions as the system default. Each of our therapists chooses time between sessions and services offered to fit their style of treatment.
Available Shifts are as follows:
Monday 2 pm -6:30 pm
Tuesday 2 pm - 6:30 pm
Wednesday 9 am - 2 pm
Thursday 2 pm - 6:30 pm
Saturday 9 am - 2 pm
Environment:
There are 4 massage rooms in a shared space with great natural light. There is a shared front desk with a computer for scheduling, a kitchenette, and storage spaces outside the massage rooms. Our group of experienced LMTs boasts over 30 years of combined experience. We have come together to create a collaborative environment of massage professionals with a goal of providing exceptional healing experiences in the Gresham community.
Responsibilities:
Perform massage therapy sessions with focus and intention
Experience in injury recovery and chronic pain management
Exceptional customer service and ensure client comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate client records with SOAP style charting (when required - basic noting for non-insurance sessions is sufficient) and follow all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
Check clients out and collect payments using JaneApp with minimal supervision.
Be courteous with spaces - maintain a sanitary and organized environment
Cleaning and sanitizing the treatment room between clients and at end of your shift is a must
Coordinate well with other LMTs
Requirements:
Valid Oregon massage therapy license.
Liability insurance coverage
1 year of experience is preferred, but not required
insurance credentialing is optional but strongly preferred. We can help with the process and we do all billing and collection.
Compensation:
$45-$60 per hands-on hour of massage and 50% split for no-show/cancellation fees collected.
