Hive Recovery Collective is looking for a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our crew!
We’re a therapist-owned clinic that focuses on injury recovery, chronic pain management, and overall well-being. Our clients come to us for both relief and relaxation — so while we’re treatment-focused, we make pain management feel like a luxury.
We’d love to meet someone who has a firm-to-deep, flowing style and a genuine passion for helping people feel and move better.
What We Offer:
60, 90, and 120-minute sessions (you choose what lengths you’d like to offer — 120s are totally optional)
Add-ons like cupping, hot towels, arnica/willow balm, gua sha, hot stones, and prenatal work
Flexibility to shape your schedule and session types around your strengths, training, and preferences
Available Shifts (flexible):
Monday 2–7 pm
Tuesday 3–7 pm
Wednesday 2–7 pm
Thursday 3–7 pm
Friday 2–7 pm
Saturday 9 am–2 pm (1st & 3rd Saturdays only)
We’re flexible on scheduling and happy to work with you to build a routine that fits your life. Ideally, we’d love someone for 2–3 afternoon shifts and a couple of Saturdays a month — but we’re open to discussing what works best for you.
Our Space:
We have four beautifully decorated, fully equipped treatment rooms with great natural light — each with an electric lift table for ergonomic work and easy adjustments. You’ll also have access to a cozy break area with a kitchenette, and a shared front desk for scheduling and checkout. Our friendly, experienced team of LMTs brings over 50 years of combined experience, and we love collaborating to provide exceptional care to the Gresham community.
What You’ll Do:
Provide focused, intentional massage sessions
Offer great client care and communication
Maintain simple SOAP notes or session notes as appropriate
Handle client checkout and scheduling through JaneApp
Keep your room clean and ready for each client
Work collaboratively with fellow therapists
What You’ll Need:
Active Oregon Massage License
Current liability insurance
At least 1 year of experience (injury recovery or chronic pain preferred)
Credentialed with Regence Blue Cross — or willing to get set up (we’ll help!)
Compensation & Perks:
Starting at $40/hour hands-on
15% commission on product sales
100% of your tips
Paid time between sessions for turnover
2+ hours of CE offered annually
Biweekly direct deposit
