We are seeking a reliable and experienced caregiver to join our team in a 6-resident adult family home located in the Salmon Creek area of Vancouver, WA.

Position Details:
Live-in schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off per week (flexible, more or less days available)
Starting salary: $3,300/month (increase after 7 months)
Nights are part of the shift expectations

2 bedrooms
Living room & kitchenette
2 bathrooms
Flexible scheduling
Positive references from current and former staff
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
Prepare meals for residents
Complete housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Monitor and record vital signs, food and fluid intake/output, and weight
Accurately complete required documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with staff and maintain a team-oriented approach
Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:
Current CNA or HCA license
Previous caregiving experience
Valid TB test (2-step or chest X-ray)
Current CPR and First Aid certification
Nurse delegation certificate, with focus in diabetes
Valid Social Security Number
Able to pass a background check
Able to speak, read, and follow instructions in English
