Job title: Resident Manager/Live caregiver
Live-in caregiver/manager needed for an Adult Foster Home (AFH) for adults with some physical challenges or mental illnesses. This is a level 1 & 2 or level 2& 1 resident with level 3. Might be a mixture of some high functioning and maybe some LOW functioning adults. This Might be a mixture of some Seniors or Developmentally Disabled adults. The AFH is a very nice and fully furnished home. This position is ideal for a single individual or a couple who are in a position to move in.

Cooking and cleaning for 5 adults with some physical challenges( needing assistance with some ADLs or some form of mental illness (
Managing and administering medications
Record keeping
Arranging, facilitating, or attending medical appointments
Providing supervision and support for adults with physical challenges or some with mental mental challenges
REQUIREMENTS (first 4 can be done with our help and may occur after initial interview):
Criminal background check through Oregon State
Pass the Adult Foster Care Basic Training exam
Current 1st Aid and CPR certification
