A level-3 benevolent, upscale, and lavish adult foster home in Clackamas County is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, experienced and hard-working "Live-In" Resident Manager to oversee the daily operations, providing care to residents for five days a week. The ideal candidate will ensure the well-being of residents by administering medications, coordinating care plans, and maintaining a loving, safe, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care & Supervision:
Provide direct care and supervision to residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, restroom assitance, dressing, mobility, and meals.
Administer medications accurately and document all medication administered per state regulations.
Monitor residents' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the licensee and medical professionals.
Ensure proper implementation of individualized care plans.
Ensure residents receive daily stimulating activites.
Facility Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the foster home, ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations.
Maintain a thouroughly clean, safe, and well-organized environment.
Manage household supplies, medications, and inventory.
Ensure all equipment and safety features are functional and up to code.
Maintain all state documentation regulations
Staff & Training:
Hire, train, and supervise caregivers and support staff.
Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
Conduct ongoing training on emergency procedures, medication administration, and patient care.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Family & Community Relations:
Collaborate with social workers, therapists, and healthcare providers to enhance residents' quality of life.
Collaborate on family visits with Licensee
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Resident Manager, or a supervisory role in an adult foster home, assisted living, or related healthcare setting.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications: Red Cross CPR/First Aid Certification, EQC, Administration, CG orientation to home, Background check, SAMS and OIG Exclusion list, Pre-service dementia, hcbs and IBL, and providing inclusive care, Workbook.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Other Requirements: Must pass a background check and drug screening, Current EQC
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, live-in
Competitive salary based on experience, plus room and board (if live-in). $5.5 - $7K/Month
