Medical Billing Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidates will show exemplary customer service and a passion for serving diverse populations.
Impeccable attendance, positive attitude and teamwork is a must.
The Billing Clerk responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Required Qualifications:
Excellent Communication Skills
Fluency in Vietnamese as well as English
Basic Computer Skills/Excel Skills
Creative Problem-solving skills
Work both independently and as a team
Collaborate well with others
Multitasking/ Attention to detail
Handle patient concerns with exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualification but not Required:
A minimum experience of 1 recent year in the position.
Experience with Athena
Knowledge of medical billing
