You will assist clients with all activities of daily living, including medication, outings, shopping, personal care, and daily challenges.

- Can start at $42,640 a year (40 hr work week); with yearly increases. We pay a starting hourly rate of $20.50 per hour.

- Are at least 18 years old.
- Have a high school education or GED.
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver training support, and assistance to clients in the areas of personal care, recreation and leisure, daily living skills, social skills, health needs, personal preferences, exercising of individual rights, community integration, and behavior management.
Participate in the design, implementation and monitoring of the client’s individualized support plan. Your observations and opinions are crucial to tailoring an achievable plan.
Accurately administer prescribed medications to clients as ordered by physicians.
Accurately complete required documentation including but not limited to program data, incident reports, daily log, progress notes, and health records.
Ensure consumers’ health and safety at all times including but not limited to prevention of abuse, performing CPR, performing Standard First Aid, performing Heimlich procedure, and evacuating clients in case of a fire.
Prepare clients’ meals following published menus
