Are you reliable, compassionate, and looking for a rewarding opportunity to help others? We are hiring a part-time/full-time driver for our growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation service. This position has no hand on care. The vehicle and all equipment is provided by the company.
Position: NEMT Driver
Location: Vancouver
Compensation: $19
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (weekdays/weekends). Typical working hours of 8am-5:30pm Mon-Sat.
Job Description:
Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, dialysis, physical therapy, etc.
Provide courteous and timely door-to-door service
Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle when needed, no transfers
Maintain a clean, well-kept vehicle and accurate trip logs
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass background check and drug screening
Reliable and punctual
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with wheelchair-secured transportation a plus (we provide training)
Preferred:
Previous NEMT or caregiving experience
CPR/First Aid certified
