What We’re Looking For
We need a compassionate and caring Dental Hygienist who is passionate about disease prevention, oral hygiene education, and high-quality cleanings.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 2-3 years of dental hygiene experience (not required, but a plus!)
- Is comfortable talking with patients and educating them on oral health
- Is a team player with strong communication skills
- Can multitask efficiently and adapt to a busy schedule
- Has exceptional perio knowledge and loves SRPs (we emphasize perio care!)
- Is familiar with Open Dental (not required, but helpful)
- Values high-quality, lasting dental care and takes pride in their work

Job Responsibilities
- Provide 60 to 90-minute hygiene appointments between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday-Thursday (flexible scheduling).
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and disease prevention.
- Perform dental charting, medical documentation, and patient assessments.
- Administer local anesthesia as needed.
- Follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines, maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure the best possible patient care.
