Our private dental practice is seeking a Dental Hygienist to add to our amazing dental hygiene team! This can be a Full-time position or start with 1-3 days a week. We work Monday – Thursday typically 36-40 hours per week. A fully licensed hygienist will start at $52 per hour DOE plus daily and monthly incentives.
Our hygienists average an ADDITIONAL $2000 per hygienist per month in addition to the hourly rate in monthly incentives!
Full time will be eligible for paid holidays, vacation and PTO that builds to 18 days annually!, medical/dental benefits, 401K, FSA, bonuses, and incentive plan. Regular team building activities, professional development and monthly training.
Training opportunities can include travel; several of our team are went to Las Vegas in June 2023 where we will be taught by leaders in several different industries: Tim Tebow, Deion Sanders, Dr. Bill Dorfman, Carey Lohrenz, David Nurse and Travis Stork. We are excited to head to Nashville in June of 2024 for an equally talented roster of speakers.
Our successful practice has 2 great doctors with a long-time team and outstanding patients. The practice is established, fun, up-to-date and is in a busy area with lots of growth. We have an established periodontal protocol and treat patients to their individual diagnosis. We have amazing team dynamics with highly skilled doctors. We currently offer braces, clear aligners, endodontics, implant placement, wisdom teeth removal, IV sedation and general dental procedures.

Dentrix
Diode soft tissue laser for periodontal pocket treatment
Using intra-oral camera
Discussing both preventive and diagnosed treatment with patients
Days and hours:
Monday and Wednesday 8-5
Tuesday and Thursday 7-3:30
