Part Time Oral Surgery Assistant - Summit Oral Surgery

We're looking to hire a part time Oral Surgery Assistant (Thursdays and Fridays 7AM-3PM) at Summit Oral Surgery in North Portland.

A Message from Dr. Prashant Charugundla:

I'm working hard to create a new experience for staff members and patients. There is absolutely no yelling, demeaning, etc. There is actually zero tolerance for that from anyone (including myself). We're creating a culture consisting of a flat hierarchy where everyone's opinion truly is valued and we're building something important, and fun together. I also believe that everyone should have upward financial mobility, which is why I am implementing a profit-sharing model, where Summit Oral Surgery's success equals your financial success. These profits are percentage based and will be split between a quarterly cash bonus and an industry leading and unique pension plan. I don't hire to fill a spot. I hire only people who have a strong character and are have a good work ethic. There is always mutual respect. I have lots to learn from you as you have lots to learn from me. I will always treat you that way. If you don't believe me, don't hesitate to come visit us, or contact me and I'll put you in touch with one of our current staff members for a private conversation.
