Advanced Pain Management Center opened it's doors in June 2000 and have provided treatment for chronic pain patients since that time. We offer stable employment in a very nice environment which includes a Monday-Friday work week.
The PAC will perform medical and surgical services provided for in ORS 677.495, including:
1. Establish medical and psycho-social histories.
2. Perform physical and mental status examinations.
3. Obtain necessary specimens.
4. Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
5. Order and perform medical therapies and operative procedures that are a
component of the supervising physician’s scope of practice.
6. Develop a diagnosis with consultation as appropriate.
7. Develop, implement, and monitor a treatment plan.
8. Administer medications and drugs.
9. Order and prescribe devices, legend drugs and Schedule II-V controlled
substances.
10. Provide patient education and counseling.
11. Refer patients when necessary.
12. Document the medical or surgical record.
13. Pronounce death.
16. Complete death certificates.
17. Complete and sign any other forms not otherwise prohibited by law.
