Amada Senior Care is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our care team. Our care team is the heart and soul of what makes AMADA Senior Care great!
WAGES: $78k a year- Salary
Hours: Monday thru Friday, 9am to 4pm- 30 hours guaranteed.
JOB DUTIES
An AMADA RN is responsible for conducting Supervisory Visits and delegations if needed.
· Travel to conduct Supervisory Visits for ALL of our clients
· Maintains confidentiality of clients, personnel, and agency operations.
· Maintains professional and neat appearance and positive attitude with clients, and personnel.
· Abides by agency policies, procedures, and standards of practice.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to RN initial assessments, 30-day and 90-day supervisory visits, developing and updating Plans of Care, upholding positive client relationships and working closely with internal office staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Possess and maintains Oregon RN license
· Experience as a nurse in a home-health setting, a plus!
· Ability to pass a criminal background and references check
· Possesses and maintains a current OR State driver’s license and current Car Insurance
