Cosmos Collective is looking for two new tenants to start ASAP! We are looking for massage therapists, acupuncturists, physical therapists, naturopaths, chiropractors, and any one else in the wellness fields. We are located at 6638 NE Sandy Blvd on the 12 and 24 bus line right by the gorgeous Sacramento trail!
We are looking for a Full Time practitioner for Room 3:
Days Available: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday
Cost: $120/day
We are looking for a Part Time practitioner for Room 4:
Days Available: Monday, Saturday
Cost: $160/day
Cost is representative for each set day of the week, not individual days of the month. Example: If you rent every single Monday in a month in Rm 4 then your monthly rent is $160/mos. If you rent Fri-Mon in Rm 3 then your monthly rent is $480/mos. Another way of looking at it is each individual day you rent is about $30 to $40 per day a month depending on the room you work.
Utilities, internet, linens, laundry service, and space on the website are all included in the rent. Cosmos Collective does not provide marketing and is a better fit for people with established clientele and not new practitioners or new business owners. Priority will be given to queer, trans, and poc practitioners.
The business is changing to a cooperative model in October and thus will be a better fit for people eager to be active participants in their workspace! The lease is month to month at this time.
