We are seeking an experienced HR Contractor to support our organization on a 3–6 month assignment. This role requires strong generalist knowledge and the ability to step in quickly to manage a wide range of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support managers and employees with HR-related inquiries.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal standards.
Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture.
Qualifications:
Previous HR generalist/manager-level experience required.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Available for a 3–6 month contract commitment.
