What is the general work we do?
We primarily focus on composite decks, but we also install patio covers and various railings. We work year-round in all elements, so the candidate will need to be physically able to do that. We provide all tools and equipment necessary to do the job. If we don’t have it, we will get it.
What does the job entail?
Demo decks
Construct new decks
Work at heights on occasion (up to 10-20’ above the ground)
Carry/pack heavy lumber
Lift heavy beams and posts
Most jobs are in the SW Washington area, or if in Oregon within 1 hour driving distance
What skills do you need?
A desire to learn and to work hard
A positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Strong attention to detail
A desire to take pride in the work we do and the result of our efforts
Candidates don’t necessarily need to have experience in deck building or construction, but it would be preferred.
Experience reading a tape measure, handling Skil saws or other small tools is preferred
Ability to get to and from our jobs (transportation)
