Job Responsibilities:
Clean vacant and occupied apartments to company standards
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas
Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues
Follow checklist to ensure quality service
Work independently and efficiently
Requirements:
Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (but not required)
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Must be dependable and punctual
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
