Apartment Maintenance Technician needed immediately at Nobl Park Apartments, a 144 unit apartment community located at 6001 NE 102nd Ave Vancouver, WA 98662. The ideal candidate will have had previous apartment maintenance experience that includes turnovers, painting, plumbing, electrical and swimming pool/spa maintenance.
After hours on-call for emergencies is shared with another maintenance technician every other week. Valid driver's license and vehicle required. A background check will be completed as well as previous employment references verified.
We offer an hourly rate of $25/hr, depending upon experience. We also offer fully paid medical/dental/vision benefits after 60 days plus paid holidays and vacation.
