We have more work than we can handle and are looking for a strong Auto Body Technician to join our small but growing team!
We are hiring an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Auto Body Technician, be a part of something small as we grow into something BIG!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A minimum of 10 years’ experience (preferred), fleet experience a plus!
Experience not just in body work, but also masking and painting
Advanced knowledge of all aspects of repairs to put vehicles back to pre-loss condition
Team mentality to work closely with coworkers and management
Free range of motion in hands and arms to work with small parts and small spaces
Maintain knowledge of vehicle body repair procedures; stay current with trends
Read and understand manuals and computerized data and procedures as described by managers
Accurately and efficiently read work orders and follow shop protocol for best practice
IMPORTANT TO HAVE
Strong communication, interaction and organizational skills
Valid/current driver's license, CDL a plus
Excellent vision to ascertain distance and color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Pride in ability to consistently produce high quality craftsmanship
Be on time, consistent, reliable and dependable (work ethic, attitude and attendance)
Focus on meeting deadlines

We offer weekly pay and a 50/50 split on medical benefits, along with a close-knit work environment. We are a great team that is growing and looking for another team member that brings their drive to provide great customer service, clean work, quick turnaround, and great work attitude to our shop.
Pay starts at $45.00 depending on experience, we appreciate a hard worker with great skills! We are located in Sandy, Oregon.
