Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a hard working individual to assist in daily facility maintenance for our cannabis cultivation location. Responsibilities include maintaining the grow and nurturing the plants. Cooperatively, as part of a team, ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. The successful candidate will be reliable and punctual and able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive. Ideally, our cultivation technician will have effective communication skills and a positive and flexible attitude.
Advancement Potential:
We support fast-tracked career progression. Upon successful completion of the first-month probationary period, employees will be eligible for a salary increase based on performance. Additionally, after successfully completing the three-month probationary period, employees may receive another salary increase, contingent upon their demonstrated abilities and performance.
Skills and Experience Qualifications:
- MUST BE 21 OR OLDER
- Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and speak basic English
Physical Requirements:
- Manual dexterity
- Able and patient to do repetitive tasks
- Ability to learn and use various machines and hand tools
- Lifting, bending, reaching
Work Environment:
- Warehouse
- M-F, 8am-4:30pm
- FULL TIME ONLY
Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- License/Certification:
OLCC Cannabis Handler Permit (Required)
