Position Overview:
We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Sales & Service Associate who can deliver top-notch service while keeping our operation flowing smoothly. You’ll be the face of Blue Wave — greeting guests, helping them choose wash packages, processing memberships and payments, and ensuring every car (and customer) leaves happy.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with wash selection, memberships, and payments
- Handle cash and operate the till accurately and responsibly
- Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
- help with quick pre-washes before vehicles enter the tunnel
- Keep the site clean, organized, and safe
- Promote memberships and specials to increase sales
Maintain a friendly, team-oriented environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable handling cash and transactions
- Enthusiastic and team-spirited attitude
- Able to work outdoors and be on your feet
- Prior car wash or retail experience is a plus — but not required!
