Job Description: This position is crucial in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. The role requires an individual who is self-motivated, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Exterior Cleaning Services:
Perform pressure washing, window washing, gutter cleaning, concert cleaning and soft washing for both residential and commercial properties per A-Z cleaning standards, contract requirements, state rules and within national industry standards.
Conduct fleet washing and car detailing with attention to detail and customer satisfaction, per contract requirements, state rules and within national industry standards.
Install holiday lights, ensuring safety and aesthetics are met per customer’s request and/or contract requirements.
Carry out snow plowing and storm clean-up, responding quickly to customer’s request and/or contract requirements.
Other exteriors services as assigned.
Janitorial Services:
Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
Remove debris and snow from sidewalks
Empty trash and recycling bins
Stock and maintain supply rooms
Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
Clean and maintain restrooms
Washing and clean windows and mirrors
Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions
Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment
Dust furniture and fixtures
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and adhere to all safety guidelines and company protocols during all tasks, per national standards.
Safely operate company vehicles, maintaining a clean driving record.
Work confidently on ladders and at high heights, including rooftops.
Maintain a safe work environment, particularly when working with pressure washers and other machinery.
Customer Service:
Interact professionally with clients, providing outstanding service and addressing any concerns promptly.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure job expectations are met.
Additional Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in construction or related fields, particularly in roofing or gutter cleaning, is highly desirable.
Experience with operating pressure washers and other machinery is preferred.
Experience and ability to operate aerial lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment for window washing and/or line striping a plus.
Flagger certification and/or OSHA 10 certification is a plus, enhancing safety and traffic management capabilities on job sites.
Bilingual skills are a plus, improving communication with a diverse client base.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to operate pressure washer, water fed pole, aerial lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment needed to perform the job.
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to complete jobs in allotted standardized time frames.
Sound knowledge of industry-related health and safety regulations.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company guidelines.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisor(s).
Comfortable working at heights and on various surfaces.
The ability to work in all weather conditions.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Environment: Work is primarily performed outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Must be comfortable working in residential and commercial settings with potential exposure to dirt, grime, and hazardous materials.
Physical: Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work outdoor settings; to stand, walk, or sit for prolonged periods; to climb ladders and work at heights; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull moderate to heavy amounts of weight (up to 50 lbs); and to operate equipment and tools with precision and care.
Vision: Ability to see in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hearing: Ability to hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
Hours & Location:
Hours: Varied hours. Most days being 8-5, however, based on need of site may include evening or weekend work or extended hours for travel.
Location: Various job sites within the service area, based out of the Portland area.
