My home is located in NW Vancouver. 3 bedroom/2 bath. Maximum 5 hour cleaning time, 11:00 - 5:00. You must have an eye for detail and be thorough in all regards of cleaning this home.
Cobweb removal, top to bottom dusting, appliance cleaning as needed: wiping out fridge/removing left behind food, cleaning & wiping out oven as needed, unload dishes and put away, organize cabinets if needed, sheets and towels washed and put away, 3 (occasionally a single roll away is used, making it 4), beds remade with fresh linens, products restocked (coffee, t.p., p.towels), bathrooms complete, tub/shower in one and shower only in the second.
Spot clean windows, especially the kitchen sink window, check drawers & closets for wiping out or left behind items, check under the master bed for left behind items, upholstery spot cleaned and vacuumed as needed, all floors (hardwood & large area rugs) vacuumed, hard flooring mopped, deck grill cleaned, porch and deck swept as needed.
All supplies and equipment for cleaning are provided in locked supply closet and cabinets on premises. Taking note and letting owner know of low stock of products is needed.
This is not hard work but it does require the delivery of quality service and a top requirement is that you must be reliable. If you have accepted a date for cleaning, it must be done and complete by the guest check in of 4:00.
You must be available to clean any day of the week, but especially a Sunday. The home has a minimum of a three night stay but a check out at 11:00 and a check in at 4:00 (back to back guests) is common during the summer months and can happen any day of the week.
A required Sunday clean is not a weekly event by any means. Other long time cleaners are involved with the home but are not always available so this is a date by date commitment by the individual who takes this position.
Payments will be made through Zelle preferably. Each flip is paid at 5 hours, $35.00 per hour.
Owner does not reside in Vancouver so interviews are limited to the following days and times:
Wednesday, 7/2: 12:00, 1:30, 3:00.
Thursday: 7/3: 8:00, 9:30.
Other times may be available including the day of the 4th. Let me know what you need and I will try to accommodate.
Meeting place will be at the home.
References are required and a 1099 completed.
