Job description:
The Mover & Packer is responsible for safely handling, packing, moving, and transporting customer belongings and contents with care and efficiency. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and strong physical ability. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to providing excellent service.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and reliability.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
Previous experience in moving, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Safely pack, wrap, and prepare items for transportation or storage.
Load and unload trucks efficiently while maintaining organization and item integrity.
Handle furniture, appliances, and delicate or specialty items with proper care.
Use moving equipment (dollies, straps, pads, etc.) correctly and safely.
Label boxes and inventory items accurately for tracking and delivery.
Maintain cleanliness of trucks, tools, and workspace after each job.
Assist with job setup, teardown, and site inspection.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.
Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
Working Conditions

Indoor/outdoor environment; weather conditions may vary.
