Jacked Co is looking to hire an entry level Laborer/Apprentice. We are a small but growing company that is looking to add a eager individual to our team.
Jacked Co is a Crane, Rigging, and Heavy Haul company.
Job duties include:
-Maintaining cleanliness of the fleet
-Assisting in loading materials and supplies for jobs
-Driving Pickup trucks with trailers to and from jobsites as needed
-Retrieving parts for maintenance
-Organizing rigging and tools
-Securing loads that are going out
This position will start out in the yard where you will learn the basic fundamentals of the job. From there we will send you out on jobsites as a steady hand.
We use this position to test you and train you to make the best worker we can before expecting what we expect from out senior guys.
We will train you to get your CDL, and as time goes on we also pay for rigging certs and crane certs.
This position is built to lead into a long term employee with lots of room for growth if you are willing to put forth the effort.
Pay starts at 18-20 per hour and goes up as your experience grows.
