Maintenance Technician Needed for Small Privately Owned Apartment Community.

We're a small privately owned company looking for a maintenance technician for our apartment community of 150 units. We want someone who's reliable, a great communicator, has a good attitude, can work independently and likes to have fun yet work hard!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritize your day and work interdependently with team members.
Complete 'grounds' daily to maintain properties appearance.
Complete maintenance and checklists to ensure apartments are rent ready.
Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical and appliance issues.
Repair drywall, re-key locks, complete interior painting.
Complete work orders and troubleshoot/fix issues in apartments.
Have the ability to learn and understand Washington Tenant Law.
Organize and participate in bulk jobs e.g. Power washing, painting curbs.
MINIMUMS REQUIREMENTS:
Must have home maintenance and repair experience.
Must have basic painting experience.
Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to carry up to 70 lbs.
Comfortable on ladders at heights of 20 feet.
