We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals with experience in roofing, siding, and window installation to join our team. Candidates must be hard-working, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running. We’ve had previous issues with hiring unreliable individuals, so we’re only looking for serious, committed professionals. We work all of Clark and Cowlitz Counties, as well as Portland and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Experience in roofing, siding, and window installation (required)
Comfortable working on ladders and roofs
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
A team player with strong communication skills
High level of integrity and a solid work ethic (no slackers, no excuses)
Punctual and professional — show up on time every day
Able to follow instructions and work with the crew efficiently
