Job Description:
We are looking for Service Technicians who are not afraid of heights and are capable of performing various outdoor cleaning tasks with precision and safety. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
-Cleaning and maintaining roofs using safe and effective techniques
-Clearing gutters of debris and ensuring proper drainage
-Pressure washing exterior surfaces, including walls, driveways, and sidewalks
-Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate safety equipment when working at heights
-Following company guidelines and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency in service delivery
-Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and prioritize work assignments
-Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or questions from clients professionally
Qualifications:
-Prior experience in outdoor cleaning, roof maintenance, or related field preferred
-Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently without compromising safety
-Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
-Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
-Willingness to undergo training and certification in safety procedures and equipment usage
-Bilingual is a plus!
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
-Experience driving and operating a company vehicle preferred
