Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Entry Level Fence Installer to join our team. This position involves assisting in the installation of various types of fences, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and ornamental fences. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled installers in the measurement and layout of fence installations. Dig post holes using hand tools and power equipment. Mix and pour concrete to secure posts in place. Install various types of fencing materials under the direction of experienced installers. Maintain tools and equipment and ensure they are in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients. Learn and apply installation techniques and best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in outdoor conditions. Strong attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
